“Finding your Sacred Sound”. A journey through song and sound to the deepest core of your Sacred Self.
Singing has often been confused with performing, but in fact your unique sound is a potent personal tool for improving the health of your physical, emotional and mental bodies. Your voice has the power to help you:
- become more balanced on every level
- to improve your self-esteem and self-confidence
- to communicate and relate more deeply with yourself and others and most importantly
- to love yourself in a profoundly healing way and love alter your own relationship and “story” with your voice.
Using simple vocal practices, mantra and gentle movement, we will explore our voices in a fun and inspiring way.
The workshop will provide you with simple techniques that are easily adapted into a daily practice. No previous experience of singing or meditation is required. We will end the session with a deeply relaxing Crystal Bowl Sound Bath.
She has dedicated her life to sharing the power of sound and song to transform lives, community and ultimately our world.
“Over the past 10 years I have had the deep privilege of witnessing huge transformations take place in people who have explored this beautiful work through sound. I have watched people discover they DID have a voice and go on to use it to sing, speak-up in ways they never imagined possible and also to become poets and beautiful speakers of poetry. It is a journey I have traveled myself also, so I can really appreciate the blocks that can be broken down, enabling such rewarding growth and freedom of expression. I am dedicated to sharing this work with others.”
