Can I heal myself?
Can I get the energy to circulate freely in my body healing and nurturing it?
The answer is – yes. You can at least help your mind and body get into the so called “healing mode” and make it your default state.
You can also quite successfully comfort and calm yourself down in moments of stress or upset using the energy of your hands and also by tapping specific energy points on your body.
At the workshop I will teach you a few simple yet powerful techniques to help you get into that healing mode.
I will show you how to remove emotional blocks on the level of your body (great when you’re stressed, upset or heart-broken).
I will also teach you how to stop stress reaction on the level of the body, which is particularly great for Highly Sensitive Persons.
The ability to apply those simple techniques will help you maintain a relaxed and peaceful state of mind as well as prolong the beneficial effects of holistic treatments such as Bio-Energy Therapy, Reiki, Reflexology etc.
